CES and CESEC (jointly known as "CSE") are both 100% subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd, a Mainboard listed public company with the Stock Exchange of Singapore. The Group as a public company has very strong financial with low gearing and ready support from most financial institutions.

The Company has over 30 years of experience in general construction. Over the years, the company has built a reputation and track record in Singapore as a specialist in high-contract-value projects. The company is also well-versed with "Design and Build" total turn key projects and had carried out successful   "Design and Build" contracts for a number of established developers. In recognition of CES’s level of quality, productivity and management for its projects, CES was recognized as a "Good and Experienced" building contractor by one of the government states boards.

With the experience of its management team and staff, the company has been able to substantially complete its projects on or ahead of schedule without compromising on standards and quality. To ensure efficiency in executing its projects, the Company also constantly upgrades and maintains its equipment and machineries.

The Company’s efforts towards quality were certified under the BCA’s ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications for its environmental, health and safety management system for its design management and construction business. The Company is also qualified as a partner in "BizSAFE Star" under the SAC Accredited Certification Body for its Safety First Approach in implementing projects on site.
